Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time We ship internationally from our fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada & Europe: 8-15 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days
Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays Occasionally shipping may be delayed due to customs, weather, or high order volume. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days please contact us at glownooksupport@gmail.com and we will make it right.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately at glownooksupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
